Our treatment center is like no other! It is truly the very best place to be no matter if you are a patient or a team member! Our patients get the best care available and always get better! On the receiving end, our team members are blessed to be a part of the healing process as we watch patients wobble in with pain and get to observe their transformation as they begin to heal!
The positions currently available are for an individual who likes to stay busy and on their feet. This Patient Care Assistant will assist patients throughout their therapies in the clinic. Making sure that they are happy and well taken care of while here, all while being their coach and reminding them to keep up with their scheduled appointments and to do their home care so they can heal and reach a higher quality life.
The other will be for a very well-organized Scheduling Ninja! This person will grow to be the face of the organization as they will be the first person that speaks to the patient and creates the relationship. This person is in charge of following up, keeping patients on trac and knowing the ins and outs of every signing aspect of the patients care and what is expected of them to get them better! It is this personโs job to follow up with new patient requests, keeping current patients on tract, managing the schedule to run smooth and calling on past patients who have not been in in a while. The key to this position is to be confident and assertive while being an amazing customer service person and keep that smile and positive tone!

Here's how: Use your passion for stellar customer service to greet people with a smile by their name and make them feel welcomed and cared about as soon as they walk in the door while you (if you are the chiropractic assistant) guide them through their therapies while in the office. Use your stealth skills to answer the phone cheerfully by the third ring, and schedule appointments efficiently and effectively. Use your smile and outgoing social skills to engage and educate patients in how chiropractic works and why its a vital staple in their efforts for a healthy, mobile future. Utilize your technical savvy self to learn how to shoot proper x-rays, assist the team to maintain up to date patient notes, follow HIPAA policies, and make sure all day to day processes and correspondence is noted while being organized and proficient. Capitalize on your attention to detail by making sure all numbers match at the end of the day, each patient is being shown any therapies needed and re-exams and all x-rays are up to date. Exercise your courage by reaching out to a minimum of 10 past patients per day, making sure they are doing ok and know we are thinking about them, typing all correspondence up in an excel sheet and delivering it to the patient advocate for review. Engage your multi-tasking mastery to manage many tasks at one time and make it look easy. Master our patient management software to schedule appointments and post payments. Use your amazing organizational skills by keeping track of patient therapies in a spreadsheet with detailed notes and dates in the event someone else needs to assist them. Show off your inner detective and goal-oriented skills to follow up on patient accounts with the most up-to-date whereabouts, needs and balances, and tenaciously following up to achieve a 95 percent patient touchpoint and collection's goal.

You must have knowledge or a sincere desire to learn about chiropractic and how it benefits at every age, corrective care, supplements, detox, and health insurance.
These positions require only rockstars who can get thrown into the deep end of the pool and handle it with grace. You have a clear understanding that no one ever wins the blame game, and what it means to be self-motivated and self-accountable. You can handle constructive criticism and enjoy taking notes so you don't have to ask more than once.

Mon., Wed. Thur. 8:45am-6:30pm with an hour lunch
Tue. & Fri. 8:45am-2pm
NO WEEKENDS!!! Great work life balance!
Must live within a 20 min. drive, have reliable transportation and be over 18 years old. Experience with customer service is preferred.
