Spicy, sour and sweet, this is sure to clear your sinuses, get your blood moving and warm you up!
Choose from Maple Honey (mildly spicy with a delicious sour flavor- some folks like to not only take a shot of it, but also to use as a marinade or base for a salad dressing)
Carolina Reaper- it contains the same ingredients as the maple honey, minus the maple and + Carolina reaper peppers so this one is pretty danged spicy.

Do you bake bread? Last weekend we had our einkorn sourdough class and we featured these super handy reusable bowl covers. They’re perfect for proofing dough (with a waterproof layer inside to prevent it from drying out too much)
These are also super handy for leftovers and for food you’ve prepped but aren’t ready to eat yet. They come in lots of sizes and pretty patterns! A great way to reduce your use of throw away plastic.

Hey all- We’re going to be open until 8 pm this evening!
This is the last Friday evening class until next spring. (We’ll still have our Saturday and Sunday classes though)
We’re playing around with the idea of an 8 pm close for Friday over the holidays and when Friday night classes are in full swing so tonight’s a bit of a test run. So if you get off work late and need something this evening- we’re here until 8 pm today! (Holiday hours will be starting in December)

Introducing our newest house tea blend! Sweet Relief is a combination of herbs known to help when your blood is a little too “sweet”. It contains holy basil, bilberry leaf, Ceylon cinnamon, Amla berry and stevia leaf.
Brew about 1 tablespoon per cup- let steep 15-30 minutes. $8.99
