𝗧𝗢𝗡𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧!! 🎾 𝗠𝗬𝗢-𝗬𝗜𝗡

Join us for a therapeutic practice that combines the two modalities of Yin Yoga and Myofascial release (MFR). This class class will incorporate the long gentle holds of yin with self-myofascial techniques for deep release of tissue tension, increased circulation, and overall relaxation.
We will use an assortment of props to support our practice, including balls for gentle pressure & rolling (all props will be provided). All levels are welcome!

Settle into an evening of soft movement, deep release, and soulful sound.

Pam will guide you through a gentle Slow Flow to warm the body, followed by restorative Yin postures designed to help you let go and melt into stillness. Local musician Bill Burgess will be with us live, filling the room with acoustic guitar and heartfelt vocals.

We’ll end the night with guided relaxation and an extended savasana — the perfect winter reset.
