✨ Meet Nurse Gabi! ✨

💉 Favorite R&R service: I’m an injection girl through and through! The Blissful Boost is my go-to, but when I need an extra kick of energy, I love the Busy B.

☕ Go-to drink: I try to stick with water (because who ever drinks enough? 🙋‍♀️), but coffee is definitely part of my morning routine. When I’m craving something sweet, I’ll splurge on a vanilla cold brew—my 13-year-old has even perfected our own at-home version!

🌿 What wellness means: To me, wellness is about balance—taking care of both my body and my mind so I can show up as my best self. It’s not just about being “healthy,” but about feeling good, having energy, and finding peace and happiness in daily life.

🎉Off the clock: You’ll most likely find me on the sidelines of a soccer field cheering on my girls! I also love staying active with walks, workouts, or yoga, but balance means downtime too—whether that’s cooking up new recipes at home or traveling to the beach whenever I get the chance.

💉 Favorite R&R service: I’m a huge fan of our injections. I too, am an instant gratification girly and love that I can start feeling the effect 12–24 hours later. My top contenders right now are our Blissful Boost and Busy B with added Vitamin D.

☕ Go-to drink: You’ll find me starting every day with my water mixed with electrolytes and greens. Although there isn’t much I wouldn’t do for a McDonald’s Coke—something about it hits every time 🙌

🌿 Wellness means: Wellness, for me, is more than body. It is mind and soul too, and trying to align all three. It is ever-changing and constantly evolving based on what you need in that time and space. I love that R&R gives me a space to create just what my body needs.

🎉 Off the clock: Outside of the scrubs you’ll find me… in more scrubs 🫠 When I’m not working you’ll find me soaking up every minute with my crazy kids. Being outside, jamming to some live music, and catching a power nap (if you have children you get it 😂) are some of our favorite things.

✨ Meet Nurse Emma! ✨

💉 Favorite R&R service: While I love all of our services, we first started with IVs and injections. The RevIVe is my favorite bag. It’s a one-stop shop for all of our amazing vitamins and it always leaves me feeling refreshed and hydrated. Injection-wise, I love the athletic injection and adding taurine—it keeps me feeling strong after long weeks of lifting and being on my feet at the hospital.

☕ Go-to drink: If it has caffeine in it, there’s not much I turn down. Love an Alani energy or an iced oat milk latte from Dunkin.

🌿 Wellness means: Wellness comes in so many different facets. I really try to prioritize healthy alternatives while still maintaining balance. Movement, the food we eat, and where we put our time and energy is wellness, so I really try my best to have a healthy balance to all.

🎉 Off the clock: Outside of the scrubs you’ll find me spending time with my toddler Weston and my husband Brady. We love to spend time on the water and out and about with our friends and family. A new activity we have started to love is pickleball!

💉 Favorite R&R Service
My favorites have to be the Wellness Shot and Semaglutide. Whenever I feel a little run-down or notice the seasons changing, the Wellness Shot gives me that much-needed boost—I usually feel better within 24 hours and it helps me stay ahead of getting sick. Semaglutide, on the other hand, has been a total game-changer in my relationship with food. It’s helped me with portion control, curbing my appetite, and building healthier eating habits—all while supporting steady weight loss.

🥤 Go-to Drink
I’m a big fan of carbonated water! Waterloo (any flavor) is my top choice—it’s refreshing, light, and sugar-free. I also love a classic Pellegrino for that crisp, sparkling taste, especially with a good meal.

🌿 Wellness Means
To me, wellness is about keeping the body in balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally. It’s about nourishing your body with the right fuel, staying active, and prioritizing mental health. When all those areas are in harmony, that’s when you feel your best.

🎉Off the Clock
When I’m not in scrubs, you’ll usually find me on the soccer field—playing, coaching AYSO, or cheering from the sidelines. I also love spending time with my family, whether it’s sharing a meal, playing board games, or just enjoying each other’s company. And when I’m at home, I actually find cleaning and cooking pretty relaxing (weird, I know 😂).

💉 Favorite R&R service: We have so much to offer at R&R it's definitely hard to choose. I always feel boosted by our IVs, especially with added NAD+. I also can't get over how much our peptide offerings have helped myself as well as so many of our friends. We really offer a great, well-balanced menu to guide anyone's wellness journey.

☕ Go-to drink: As much as I try I have trouble getting away from caffeine. Rarely will I turn down a chai latte, coffee, or green tea. In moderation, of course (said no third shift ER Doc ever).

🌿 Wellness means: I appreciate that wellness means something different to everyone but when it comes down to it it always means health. Whether this is preventative health, adjunctive health, mental health, or trying to get back on track it always comes back to renewing your own health. That has always been our focus and it's amazing to have so many people on the same journey as us.

🎉 Off the clock: Scrubs off means family time, period. There's nothing in this world that means more to me than my family. Sports, travel, or just hanging out at home—that's definitely my happy place.

🩵Dr. Haigis brings expertise, dedication, and heart to our team. You can visit him in a local ER (hopefully you don't need to!) and find him working collaboratively with all of our awesome wellness nurses!

💉 Favorite R&R Service
I honestly love them all! But if I had to choose, I’d say vitamin and peptide injections. I’m an instant-gratification girl—I usually notice a difference within 24 hours. My go-to combo? Magnesium, taurine, and vitamin D… with a sprinkle of B complex.

🥤 Go-to Drink
If you know me, you know I’m never far from a V8 Energy Orange Pineapple—or wandering around looking for the one I just set down 🤣.

🌿 Wellness Means
Wellness is always evolving. It’s not just vitamins, IVs, or peptides—it’s a daily effort to care for my whole self: health, home, marriage, friendships, faith, and motherhood. Wellness is also balance… and sometimes that balance includes a Dairy Queen run 🤪.

☀️ Off the Clock
I’m often cheering on my kids at soccer or dance, escaping to Florida for sunshine, or hopping on a flight with Doc to explore new places and eat all the food.
