Back pain isnโt always a back problem.
Most people assume something in the spine is โ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐ฑ.โ
But what we usually see is something different.
The pain shows up during ๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ ๐บ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐
๐Squatting
๐Deadlifting
๐Bending forward
Then it disappears when you stop.
That pattern usually means the problem isnโt the structure.
Itโs the ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ ๐บ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐.
Sometimes a hip doesnโt open fully.
Sometimes the spine ends up taking load it shouldnโt.
Over time, the back starts absorbing stress meant for somewhere else.
Thatโs also why imaging can come back โ๐ป๐ผ๐ฟ๐บ๐ฎ๐นโ
while the pain keeps returning.
Movement tells a different story than scans.
If any of these signs sound familiar, the issue might not be where you think it is.
