Through their compassion, they bring comfort in life’s most difficult moments. Through their dedication, they help create a path forward for children and families who need it most.

✨Retired We Care For Kids Executive Director, Sue Kearney!✨

Sue is being recognized for her outstanding dedication to advocacy and helping the children in Montcalm County! From teaching at Central Montcalm Public Schools, to becoming the Executive Director of We Care for Kids, she has put her heart into advocating for and protecting kids. Kids remember what she taught them!

Now, even in retirement, she's still committed to being on various boards throughout the community. Anyone who knows Sue will tell you what a passionate, caring person she is. Sue is a strong leader and deserving Community Member who is a Champion for Children.

Do you know a high school student who is passionate about creating awareness about child sexual abuse and supporting survivors? Encourage them to apply to become a YAC member!
