Dave and I specialize in helping people with their relationships, because relationships -- whether for couples, families, or friends -- are a key part of mental health and well-being. We offer counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. We enjoy working with school-aged children (12-18) as well as adults at any stage of life. We believe each person is the only real expert on his or her life and we look forward to creating a safe and sacred space where we can walk your journey with you -- whether you struggle with depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship struggles, communication, parenting, grief, and/or loss there is hope for you. We look forward to helping you discover ways to use your strengths and resources to live your most satisfying life.

Our Story

I specialize in helping people with their relationships, because relationships -- whether for couples, families, or friends -- are a key part of mental health and well-being. I offer counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. I enjoy working with school-aged children (12-18) as well as adults at any stage of life. I am a certified Prepare-Enrich facilitator and have completed my master's level training as a Marriage and Family therapist at Bethel Seminary in St. Paul. I am also a Licensed Local Pastor in the United Methodist Church. I believe each person is the only real expert on his or her life and I look forward to creating a safe and sacred space where I can walk your journey with you -- whether you struggle with depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship struggles, communication, infertility, parenting, grief, and/or loss there is hope for you. I look forward to helping you discover ways to use your strengths and resources to live your most satisfying life.
