We are getting so close to meeting our $10,000 summer Matching Fund goal for our "Securing the Future" capital campaign. August 15 is the deadline. Thanks to your generous gifts to "Securing the Future", progress continues on the improvements to our PioneerCare Center. Staff, including Lori Nelson (pictured), have moved into the new office space. Meanwhile, work continues in other areas, including the former Employee Services Room, which is being remodeled into a new Resident Activity Room.

Our Story

Founded in 1928, PioneerCare is a non-profit organization providing a spectrum of services to promote health and well-being for older adults and others managing chronic conditions. PioneerCare offers short term rehabilitative therapy, long term skilled nursing care, specialized memory care, and home-based services to support independent living in our housing with services and in the greater community.

Any given day, with a dedicated staff of close to 300, PioneerCare supports the needs of over 800 people within our living settings and in the community.

PioneerCare Center serves up to 105 people, providing short term therapy and long term skilled care.

Pioneer Cottages provides exceptional memory care for up to 70 people in Fergus Falls and Breckenridge, Minnesota.
