Synstelien Community Services Residential Care for people with disabilities Medical needs and behavioral health needs are supported by well-trained Direct Support Professionals.

SCS (Synstelien Community Services) provides residential support for adults with developmental, physical, emotional, and mental health disabilities. Each residence is the home of four individuals, with 24 hour staff support to meet the specific needs of each individual.
