Yes!
Actually, if you think about it, we suffer in many ways.
We suffer mentally because our thoughts are constantly spiraling.
We suffer emotionally because we are feeling based off of our spiraling thoughts.
We suffer physically because anxiety begins to react within our physical body somehow.
Our relationships suffer because we are so focused on our problems that we begin to lack connection.
Is it worth making yourself suffer over things that can't be changed or situations that haven't happened yet?
