First you need Motivation, which takes Coaches, Mentors, Trainers, etc. Its so easy to get started, its literally the easiest part, no really.

And actually the hardest part is, to Continue to do what must be done. In the face of pain, disappointment, downs, and gloomy days. You Must Continue❗️ And sometimes thats hard to do. You'll need Constant Motivation to help you Continue the race 🏁. Videos 📹 are good, radio 📻 is good, books 📚 are good, all are good, all are good motivators.

A Truck Mount Carpet Extraction Machine is good to have in the Carpet Cleaning and/or Janitorial/Cleaning Business. However there are pros and cons to everything. With a Truck Mount there is more maintenance, more upkeep, more carpet cleaning solution, etc, etc, etc. Easier to transport in a van, less filling of water, and so on and so forth.

With a Portable Carpet Extraction Machine, there is less maintenance, less chemicals to use, less upkeep. However you have to carry it up steps, refill water more, less psi, less heat, and so on and so forth.

Depends on the Machine Operator, where the Company currently is in being able to afford the maintenance, preference, etc. In a High Rise Building 🏢, Portable Carpet Extractors, etc have to be used anyway. Because there are no hoses long enough, plus the fact that it will loose much psi with too long of a hose.

This is a brand new T-Mobile Store that we did a Commercial Clean on, in St. Louis, after the install of furniture and equipment, and again before they opened for business.

We had to fight to get paid from the company that hired us on this one. Guess they didn't think we know how to do Collections, Skip Tracing, and File a Lawsuit. Just one of the many skills of our very skilled CEO/President/Janitorial Contractor-Broker, AJ Hicks.

And best believe, we finished that too.
