1. We provide the same primary care services as traditional primary care practices.
2. You have access to the same practitioner all the time who gets to know you well.
3. You have more time with your practitioner which allows the patient to get all his or her concerns addressed.
4. You pay a monthly fee and then have unlimited number of visits with our practitioner.
5. We provide A LOT of care coordination, meaning gets prior authorizations submitted if needed, ordering home health, finding pharmacy that has the medication you need, finding inexpensive meds, lab tests and imaging studies if needed.
6. You have the convenience of telephone appointments, video appointments, in-person appointments, as well as text and email communication.
