There are herbs that help support you in areas that you need. Chill Tea is the perfect tea for this exercise. With lavender, chamomile, hibiscus, hawthorn berry, spearmint & lemon grass, it’s the perfect blend for intentional setting, reading, focusing, & getting stuff done in a calm state.

Remember, we are the ones who set the tone for the day, the herbs just give us the little boost of support so we can better support ourselves.

Shifting gears to Organic Herbal Mocktails.
I’ve been listening to all of the feedback and realized when I say “tea” and then someone drinks it, they’re shocked (in a good way) with how it tastes.
So I’m taking that hint from the universe and am moving towards Herbal Mocktails.
Some of the faves will still be available; now in a new size. And I will be adding a few new staples!
