This year I made a commitment to myself to step out of my comfort zone and try new things. Yesterday I started ceramics class at and it was a wonderful time. I learned some skills and had a lot of fun. I have the rest of this week to think about what I would like to make at next week’s class and I’m learning towards a mug. I’m really glad they have classes that adults can go to because it was really nice to do something creative for myself.

Next Tuesday February 28th at 7pm EST is the next Live Wellness Workshop. For only $10 you can be a part of this amazing group. Every month gets better and better. When you sign up and pay you will get the printable PDF workbook sent to you via email that goes along with the workshop.
