All these years later I am still OBSESSED with all the yummy stretchy benefits of Thai massage! Many describe it as "Lazy Man's Yoga" for a reason, because it combines the assisted stretches similar to yoga with the gentle compressions of massage.

The feedback I often get post-massage from clients is that they feel taller, more loose and open, and free from pain!

It's a beautiful morning for a 2K ocean swim at Hammerhead Ocean Marathon!

Even though I relish my weekly ocean swims, I'm pushing my comfort zone a bit today by doing this race!
