Goooood Morning:) I hope your week has been going amazingly well. A great meditaton is morning meditation (google it) it is 10 mins. guided Malta meditation. Then you can sit for as long as you like. A GREAT WAY to begin your day. See you all tomorrow.

Good Rainy Morning to you all:)

SO inspired by you all last night. We are half way in (but truly just beginning:) Continue to journal and meditate and find gratitude. This week, focus on the GOOD in your day and what is working well. Where your attention goes, your energy flows.

I will email all of you week 4 lessons to ensure we are connected and allow those of you who could not be there last night to continue your journey.
