Did you know dates are known to be associated with a lower risk of induction, premature rupture of membranes, and shorter and easier labors?
The study shows that eating 3 large medjool dates or 6 smaller a day starting at 36 weeks have the best results.
You can add the dates to your smoothie or try these snicker filled dates that I made!
•Medjool Dates
•Peanut Butter
•Chopped Cashew Nuts
•Melted Dark Chocolate
Cut the dates in half and take out the seed. Fill with peanut butter, sprinkle with chopped nuts and drizzle dark chocolate on top. Store in the fridge or freezer. YUM!
