Today was the final session in our B***y Sculpting Series! 🍑 It's hot outside, but these ladies have been feeling the burn with Maryam.

🔜 Master Teacher Lesa McLaughlin is on the schedule for August 8th and 9th for her Individualized Master Classes, one-on-one sessions in Classical Pilates. She is completely booked on August 8th, but we have limited spots left for August 9th. Contact us to reserve your session!

☀️ Deb will be back in the studio on August 4th. Get your classes booked now-- and be ready to ask her how her trip was! We can't wait to see her back in the studio.

Master Teacher Lesa McLaughlin, of Excel Pilates DC, will be offering Individualized Master Classes in Classical Pilates on August 8th and 9th!

Pilates of Amelia is excited to bring you Pilates ALL DAY on Mondays! Now you can schedule your morning classes or privates with Deb or catch up with Maryam in the afternoons -- fit Pilates into your schedule when you need it!
