My training and experience include a wide range of techniques such as cupping therapy, gua sha scraping, targeted stretching, lymphatic massage, pregnancy massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and reflexology. I work with people experiencing everyday stress, chronic discomfort, or specific physical concerns, using hands-on techniques that support healing and balance from the inside out. My goal is to create a space where your body can reset, restore, and feel its best.
