Level Up Your Desk Setup! 💻✨

Is your "work-from-home" or office setup causing a literal pain in the neck? Slouching at a desk all day can put significant pressure on your spine, but a few small adjustments can make a world of difference.

Try these 3 quick ergonomic wins:

The 20-8-2 Rule: Sit for 20 mins, stand for 8, and move for 2 to keep your spine mobile.

The 90-Degree Rule: Keep elbows, hips, and knees at 90° with your monitor at eye level.

Thoracic Extensions: Lean back over your chair periodically to reverse the "desk slouch."

Your spine will thank you! If those desk-day aches are sticking around, it might be time for an alignment.

Numbness, tingling, or that annoying "zapping" sensation? It might be time to give your nerves some breathing room. ⚡️

Nerves don’t like to be pinched or stretched—they like to slide. When nerves get "stuck" due to inflammation or tight muscles, it can lead to discomfort. These nerve glides (or nerve flosses) help restore mobility and reduce sensitivity.

In this video, we’re showing:

Median Nerve Glide (Great for carpal tunnel relief!)

Sciatic Nerve Floss (A lifesaver for leg pain)

Ulnar Nerve Glide (For that "funny bone" tingling)

Radial Nerve Glide (For that nagging burn in the backside of your shoulder!)

Ever experience sudden dizziness or a spinning sensation? 😵‍💫

One possible cause is a condition called BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo), which can occur when tiny crystals in the inner ear move out of place.

In this video, we’re demonstrating the Epley Maneuver, a technique that may be used by healthcare professionals to help reposition those crystals and reduce vertigo symptoms.

⚠️ Dizziness and vertigo can have many different causes, so it’s important not to self-diagnose. Proper evaluation by a healthcare professional is the first step to determining the right treatment.

If you’ve been experiencing dizziness or balance issues, getting assessed can help identify what’s really going on and what options may help.

⛳ Pain at impact?

Most golfers don’t lack effort — they lack mobility and stability where it matters.

🔄 Hip rotation
🌀 T-spine mobility
🦵 Lead side control

The compensation shows up when the club meets the ball.

Fix the movement. Fix the pain. 💪
