Made it through my 5 day water fast!
I had my moments of hunger and worked my way through with water and distractions like laundry and food prep for coming off the fast
What you put in your body right after your fast is as important as the fast. I'm a big proponent of Dr. Mindy Pelz and her suggestions.
Follow for updates as I continue my journey of intermittent fasting. I am also going to work on closing my daily fasting to 18 hours water fast and 6 hour eating window.
