I know what you’re thinking.

“I don’t have time.”
“Everyone needs me.”
“I’ll do it when things calm down.”

But here’s the truth no one told you, love, things don’t calm down.

You just get more depleted.
More invisible.
More disconnected from the woman you actually are underneath all that giving.

Soul exhaustion isn’t just tiredness. It’s what happens when you’ve been last on your own list for so long that you’ve forgotten you were ever on it at all :(
