💕 Clenched butt/mom butt/heart bottom syndrome - whatever you want to call it - is super common in the postpartum period. Here are two easy fixes: 1) when standing at a sink to wash dishes/face/brush teeth, try staggering your stance. If you have a place to rest one foot that can also help, this can take you out of that clenched bottom posture. 2) switch up your glute bridges to bring in some hamstrings. Sometimes just doing straight glute bridges can emphasise that same clenched bottom posture you are trying to get out of! #pelvicfloorphysicaltherapy #ferndalemichigan #pelvicfloorphysio #metrodetroit #momlife #postpartum

If you skip breakfast due to being rushed, intermittent fasting, or lack of appetite and struggle with constipation - this one’s for you!
