You see, I've been on a bender working 8 days in a row. My knees hurt, my hands hurt, I'm tired, everything is sore.
I do it because I have no idea how long this flux of clients will last.
I know everyone needs what we offer, I here it all the time.

I'm elbow deep in post surgical + lymphatic work, as well as customizations for auto immune, TBI, and oncology facials+ massages.

But.....

I also see my December calendar wide open, terrified.
People are booking last minute nowadays, even reverting back to trying to walk in.
Memberships + Packages are not popular atm.
Nor is even booking before you leave.
People are scared to commit to anything at all.
The deal hopping is MAD nowadays. People asking for pre-covid prices or if we do Groupon when we're one of the lowest in the area.

So this Small Business Saturday, I implore you-keep it local, keep it practical.
And as you prep for 2026, start budgeting yourself in there.
I never regret paying for anything that brings me an improvement in my stress, sleep, recovery, hygiene, or health.
