“I don’t care how spiritual you are. How long you can melt in the sweat lodge. How many pe**te journeys that have blown your mind, or how well you can hold crow pose. Honestly. I don’t. I don’t care what planets fall in what houses on your birth chart, how many crystals you have or how vegan your diet is.

I want to know how human you are. Can you sit at the feet of the dying despite the discomfort? Can you be with your grief, or mine, without trying to advise, fix or maintain it? I want to know that you can show up at the table no matter how shiny, chakra- aligned or complete you are- or not. Can you hold loving space for your beloved in the depths of your own healing without trying to be big?

It doesn’t flatter me how many online healing trainings you have, that you live in the desert or in a log cabin, or that you’ve mastered the art of ta**ra.

What turns me on is busy hands. Planting roots. That despite how tired you are, you make that phone call, you board that plane, you love your children, you feed your family.

I have no interest in how well you can ascend to 5D, astral travel or have out of body s*x. I want to see how beautifully you integrate into ordinary reality with your unique magic, how you find beauty and gratitude in what’s surrounding you, and how present you can be in your relationships.

I want to know that you can show up and do the hard and holy things on this gorgeously messy Earth. I want to see that you can be sincere, grounded and compassionate as equally as you are empowered, fiery and magnetic. I want to know that even during your achievements, you can step back and be humble enough to still be a student.

What’s beautiful and s*xy and authentic is how well you can continue to celebrate others no matter how advanced you’ve become. What’s truly flattering is how much you can give despite how full you’ve made yourself. What’s honestly valuable is how fu***ng better of a human you can be, in a world that is high off of spiritual materialism and jumping the next escape goat for “freedom.”

At the end of the day I don’t care how brave you are. How productive, how popular, how enlightened you are. At the end of the day, I want to know that you were kind. That you were real. I want to know that you can step down from the pedestal from time to time to kiss the earth and let your hair get dirty and your feet get muddy, and join the dance with us all”.

Letting Go to Feel Healthy & Whole

Sometimes love and history are not enough.
Sometimes it’s not enough that they are your sister.
Sometimes it’s not enough that they are your parent.
Sometimes it’s not enough they were your childhood friend.
Sometimes it’s not enough that you trusted them with your deepest secrets.

There comes a moment when protecting your heart must come before preserving a connection.

Letting go is not failure.
It is choosing your wellbeing.
It is reclaiming your self-esteem.
It is honoring your truth and allowing yourself to live authentically ~ without shrinking, without guilt.

Closing doors that deplete you creates space for healing, inner strength, and the beauty of who you truly are.
Walking away can be the most loving act you do ~ for yourself.

You are allowed to choose peace.

A 2023 Memory 💭

25 years ago, when my father crossed over, my family was gifted the book “Many Lives, Many Masters” by the psychiatrist, Dr.Brian Weiss. I already had a knowing that we live many lifetimes, that I was what I refer to as an “old soul”. I had been here before many times. This book however was one of many portals that I chose to step into for more discoveries, more depth and a better understanding of the soul. My father communicates with me from the other side almost daily. In my dreams he has shown me heaven and that he is at peace and not suffering. That was my biggest concern and that of most people who lose a loved one. Are they alright? Also people like to know, “ Do they forgive me”, “Are they proud of me”. I love Soul Work because that is something each of us can actively participate in for ourselves and all of humanity.

This weekend’s New Moon opens a powerful energetic doorway. New Moons are always about beginnings, intention, and planting seeds ~ but this one carries extra weight as it sets the tone for the months ahead. What you choose to focus on now, what you consciously release, and what you call in becomes the energetic blueprint you will build from.

We will then be moving toward the next Full Moon, which acts as an amplifier. Full Moons illuminate what’s working, what’s misaligned, and what’s ready to be brought into form. When we work intentionally with both the New Moon and the Full Moon of a new year, we’re not just setting wishes ~ we’re shaping momentum. This is how small, sacred choices ripple forward and influence the entire year.

Moon work is not passive. It’s an invitation to co-create with the universe. When you slow down, listen, and align your intentions with lunar energy, you step out of autopilot and into conscious living. This is where transformation begins.

This Saturday, we’ll be gathering in person for our “Soul Circle 4 Transformation”, where we will intentionally work with the New Moon energy together. Through ritual, reflection, and shared sacred space, we’ll plant aligned intentions, clear stagnant energy, and anchor in what you truly want to grow in 2026.

If you’ve been feeling the call to reset, realign, or consciously step into this new chapter, this circle is for you. There is something deeply powerful about doing this work in community ~ held, supported, and witnessed.
