So that you can get your mind and your sanity back. So that you can get your life force back from those that are sapping your spiritual energy and resources.

Sometimes people, (usually unconsciously) create a story about another person. It often comes down to them not taking responsibility for some of their own emotional challenges.
They may feel they have none, are always right, or have completed their personal healing but haven’t. If they are proven wrong they may risk feeling inferior and it’s important to them to “appear” superior to themselves and others.
There also might be another person involved in a scenario that this person couldn’t image blaming as it will shake up their world. (they may have put them on a pedestal and want to keep them there). Instead they create a story in their mind about you.
Perhaps you had previously been controlled by them (a parent, partner, sibling or domineering peer) before you stood in your own power. Your new found awareness can cause frustration on their part. If those around them heal, they feel they are loosing their power.
Perhaps they have bottled up emotions of anger, frustration, even jealousy in their lives and instead of healing within they choose to create stories about others. They choose blame over shame. (Btw, shame is unhealthy in healing and in general).
Sometimes what they believe as evidence of lies to the web they created is truly innocence perceived incorrectly or with missing information. The story they may believe about you or another is their story. For whatever reasons they choose to believe it.
You are not required to own someone else’s story. Know “Your Soul’s Truth “, stop people pleasing, be authentic, continue your healing or spiritual journey, continue to elevate your energy, as like attracts like, love yourself, keep shining! 🌟 Ivy, Mystic & Soul Coach
SPIRIT SPEAKS- when we are open to the signs we sense that! 🍃 I was singing along “hey, hey, hey, hey, don’t you forget about me” and then the music stopped momentarily so I looked at the dash and saw 11:10 (1 of the three 11 times my dad says hi on clocks, he crossed over 11/10), I laughed, told him I’ll never forget him and thanked him as always.

I began to tell them about the other night when I asked spirit to send me a feather, 🪶 if I was to go a certain way with a decision. Several of my Soul Coaching clients tell me they feel obligated to attend all of their family and friends social gatherings but feel overwhelmed doing so. These individuals in particular, (if they choose to attend anyway) would benefit from balancing their energy prior as well as clearing it afterwards.
It’s a lovely time of year to be outdoors with those you hold dear. Don’t isolate yourself but certainly respect yourself and how much time you may choose to interact. Select smaller intimate gatherings with pre planned “end” times. Choose group gatherings that you feel comfortable in.
Allow alone time in nature. Connect with the elements and the outdoor species. Let your body, mind and soul flow freely with spirit, monkey mind put aside and you will hear your souls truth.

I didn’t take any photos or videos of our last indoor fire ceremony/ shamanic women’s circle but we have a wonderful time in sacred space, indoors, outdoors or virtually.
