I am the Founder and Owner of Ascension School of Healing Arts (ASHA) and Ascension Healing Arts Center! I've been practicing Energy Healing since 1994 and was certified as a Master in 1999. Through the years, I channeled the Inner-child Healing, Past Life Healing, Subconscious Reprogramming Methods, and Self Healing courses. The type of healing that I facilitate, I now call Ascension Healing. My purpose is to assist the collective in ascending to Christ Consciousness! My courses are designed to help you emotionally, mentally, and spiritually mature. Ultimately lifting you into higher consciousness in the physical body. From birth, I've always had a close relationship with God and have been intuitive. I was told long ago, as I was growing up, that our society is lacking integrity and is not in service to the greater good of the whole. I was also told that our institutions and systems need to change worldwide. That change begins within each of us. We need to learn to fill ourselves up and overflow versus competing for energy, as we have done for thousands of years. Each of us has to step into self-realization and self-love, and our God given true power. The Holy Spirit taught and guided me little by little to develop this type of healing that myself and staff facilitate and teach today. Self-Healing focuses on healing yourself on multiple levels with shadow work, self-love, self-acceptance, stepping into your power and learning how to live from your heart space. Intuitive Development nurtures and strengthens your intuitive abilities. Intuitive Energy Healing deepens your Reiki skills by mastering various energy healing modalities such as DNA activation and learning to use your intuition while working with the energy.

I’ve been doing Reiki inner child healing Intuitive healing and Ascension healing for 30 years!!
A couple of years ago, I took a Sound Healing class and began to include the crystal bowls in the Tibetan bowls in the drum, not only in my sessions, but offering event events that included Sound Healing!!
Last night, I did a Sound Healing event, I had some old students from years ago show up, and it was really cool!
One of those students is an expert in Sound Healing and I didn’t know this although I had an idea that she was and that I had met her before!!
And sure enough I had in a while back she had taken Reiki from me!
When we were talking, I was like I feel like such an amateur at this and she said no actually it was amazing and everyone was coming up to me and telling me how wonderful it was and telling me of their experience!!
That made me feel really good and boosted my confidence in an area where I have less experience!!
I’m a singer songwriter so I’m very into music 🎶 and doing Sound Healing is a lot of fun for me!!
So my point is is that even if you’re a little green at something doesn’t mean that you’re not amazing at it!! so be confident, and be proud of yourself even at your newer accomplishments!!!

Your nervous system is your body's command center. It controls how you respond to stress, safety, connection, and danger. When your nervous system stays stuck in survival mode, you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, or emotionally reactive without knowing why.
That stuck state is your body protecting you based on old patterns. The good news? You can support your nervous system in finding balance again. This is what people mean by "resetting" the nervous system.
Here are 5 ways to support nervous system regulation 👇
🧘 Deep belly breathing. Slow exhales signal safety to your brain and help shift you out of fight-or-flight mode.
🧊 Cold water on the wrists or face. This activates the vagus nerve and may help calm an activated stress response quickly.
🌿 Time in nature. Fresh air, natural light, and grounding your feet on the earth can support your body in returning to a calm state.
🎵 Sound healing. Certain frequencies and vibrations may help the body release stored tension and move into a parasympathetic (rest and restore) state.
💛 Safe human connection. A regulated nervous system co-regulates with others. Healing in community supports transformation on a deeper level.
Your body is always communicating with you. Learning to listen is the first step toward lasting emotional well-being.

Ascension Healing
What is Ascension Healing?
The purpose of Ascension Healing is to shift and to retrain the subconscious mind to operate fully within our conscious selves. Humans operate 95% from the unconscious mind. We must reteach and reparent ourselves in order to step into self-love and an empowered state of being and consciousness.
The Ascension Healing Arts Center specialize in Ascension Healing, a type of healing which is a combination of Reiki, intuitive healing, inner child work, acknowledgment and forgiveness, dismantling and rewiring beliefs, trauma release, light language, quantum healing and hypnotherapy.
This healing can be done in person or from a distance. When working from a distance, we connect with and work on your energy, while noting our finding. We balance and cleanse the aura and chakra systems. We also read your energy and take note of any advice we channel. We then contact you and discuss what we read and channel, then talk about what work can be done for deep healing, such as inner child work, or other types of healing we intuitively receive instructions to perform.
First Time Healing
In your first healing session, we work to balance, cleanse and clear your chakras and energy field. We access and read your energy, noting beliefs and patterns that are blocking you from the life and relationships you desire, especially your relationship with yourself. We may channel some advice for you. We will establish grounding and reconnect you with your body, the earth and the Divine, aligning your Chi with the Universe. We will open up and create a connection with all aspects of yourself, helping you to find out your needs on all levels, emotional, mental, physical and spiritual. We will also set the stage for you to reteach the subconscious.
