Creating a Community of Health
When you go to a gym, you want to feel comfortable, motivated, no pressure and like you can be yourself no matter what level you are at. That is what we strive here at Everyday Fitness Inc in Ferndale.
My name is Jackie Mills and I am the owner here. I purchased the gym August of 2017. Already being a member and having a love for the feel of this gym, I wanted to make it grow but without the fluff. A weight is a weight is my motto. A treadmill is a treadmill and it no one any good if you aren’t going to feel comfortable walking in that front door. We really are a family here and our goal is to make you feel comfortable and encourage health. And so my mission begins. We have changed a few things but are definitely keeping the feel, commonly referred to as, an old boxing gym in New York.
We have a lot to offer. 24-hr access or just simple access during staff hours. In addition to our old ass equipment we have some new equipment and a SolaJet Massage Bed, Infrared Sauna and a tanning bed. All at a very affordable price. Everyday Fitness also has a Fit3D scanner. This amazing tool will give you your measurements, weight, Basal Metabolic Rate (calorie goal at rest), Lean body mass, Fat percentage and so much more. Also, there are classes from everyone of all ages, shape, abilities and we do our best to make them enjoyable for all. In addition to all this fabulous stuff we already offer, we also have personal training and nutrition coaching at a very affordable price!
The best part, NO INITIATION FEE, you can do a contract for less expensive monthly fee’s or you can pay month to month and just come in and cancel when you are done with your membership, again without fees. We just want you to commit to your health. Make your health a priority so you loved ones can hug you longer.
