✨HAPPY JOINTS - 8 weeks of 2hr sessions, deepen your understanding of fundamental movement to stabilize and support mobility for happy joints. Learn tools through yoga alignment, and heavy prop usage to hone your awareness of imbalances in the body and how to self adjust to alleviate stress and avoid common misalignments, especially in the shoulders, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles. All levels welcomed.
- 7pm Wednesdays starting August 14th
- Register for 4 or all 8 sessions
- $35/session or take $30 off for all 8 sessions

✨ PRACTICE INTENSIVE - 6 weeks of 90min donation-based sessions, take a deep dive and hone in on your technique on the mat as Natalie leads you through an asana and pranayama intensive practice, an excellent learning opportunity to dig deeper into yoga principles beyond a public 60 min class. All levels welcomed.
- 7pm Mondays, starting August 19th (skipping Labor Day)
- Register for as many sessions, ideally a minimum of 3

Natalie intentionally creates an intimate, supportive environment to foster personal growth by specifically working with small groups up to 6 students at her home studio for greater individual attention to provide more accessible learning that’s less intimidating in more public spaces. All props provided. Just bring yourself, a mat, and a genuine curiosity to learn!
