👻 Halloween Trunk or Treat + Kids Movement & Meditation
Join us for an afternoon of community, creativity, and Halloween fun at Hot Yoga Ferndale!

🧡 Sunday, October 26
Location: Hot Yoga Ferndale — 23237 Woodward Ave, Ferndale, MI 48220

🕸️ Trunk or Treat | 1:30–3:30pm

Bring the family for our annual Trunk or Treat in the studio’s back parking lot. Walk through a lineup of decorated trunks, enjoy treats, and connect with the community in a fun, family-friendly setting. Costumes are encouraged!

🪄Kids Movement & Meditation | 4:00pm

After trick or treating, let the little ones reset with Ashley’s Kids Movement & Meditation class. Designed for Pre-K through 5th grade, this class blends gentle movement, breathing exercises, and imagination. Helping kids find calm and balance while still having fun. Costumes and cosplay are welcome!

It’s been an incredible 8 years with all of you. From our very first classes to navigating COVID together, and through every season of growth since — we’re here because of this amazing community. You’ve helped shape Hot Yoga Ferndale into more than just a studio. You’ve made it a home.

This year, we’re celebrating not just our anniversary, but another milestone: the graduation of our very first Teacher Training group.

These inspiring individuals have dedicated countless hours to refining their practice, strengthening their bodies, sharpening their minds, and connecting more deeply with themselves and others. Guiding them on this journey has been a privilege — and now, we’re thrilled to celebrate their growth as they step into the role of teacher.

We invite you, your family, your friends, and your fellow yogis to join us in celebrating these graduates and 8 years of movement, resilience, and community.

Our inaugural Teacher Training is off to an exhilarating start! We practiced together daily for our immersive week and welcomed incredible guest facilitators:

Beena Vesikar from BeAyurvedic Wellness opened on our first day, sharing wisdom and history, and honoring the roots of the science of yoga

Tristan Katz from lead us in a workshop on creating safer spaces through the lens of yoga ethics and positionality
•

Brian Taylor from got us out of our shells, shared an intro to the Chubbuck technique, and gave us tools for emotional awareness of ourselves and the people we interact with.
