Three ways to practice at 7:30am throughout the week:

90 MINUTES
The traditional length of practice. Each posture is fully guided twice at a slower pace. We always recommend starting here if you are newer to this style of practice.

60 MINUTES
The classic sequence guided at a slightly faster pace. Some postures are explored once instead of twice.

WITH MUSIC
Experience the traditional sequence accompanied with music and lighter guidance. In this class the teacher practices with you.
