I keep hearing this song about a man on a white horse saving someone and riding off into the sunset… pretty song. BUT I don’t want to be saved. Supported? Helped? Guided? YES. But saved… no. Being saved or saving someone involves a dynamic where one person over-giving, and the other is in victim mode. There are rare circumstances where this occurs and is appropriate— like medical emergencies or small children in need. Otherwise, we are here to support each other reciprocally, in balance. In my work I do not “heal” people. I help people heal themselves. I have tools and skills and gifts to help support and facilitate healing in others… I will be posting my September calendar for client sessions and group work soon! Until then, love you people 💖Float on ✨✨✨
