Easter Celebration in full swing here at Fernley Estates! We had a delicious buffet lunch prepared by our dining team with a mocktail bar, beautiful meal time piano performance by a young lady who volunteers as part of our Book Buddies, an Easter Egg hunt for residents and their grand and great grand children, and a special appearance from the Easter Bunny himself! Many blessings today!

Residents put their taste buds to the test today in our 2nd annual chili cook off. They had to vote for their favorite. Their choices were (A) beef red chili or (B) chicken white chili. And the winner is..... A!!!!!Thank you to Chef Trisha for providing the chili selections and Terra from CenterWell Home Health for the beverages and sweet treats!!!!

Today we got to chance to meet Fernley mayoral candidate Alexis Colosi. She came in to introduce herself and tell us about her goals for the city of elected. Residents were excited to hear that this born and raised Nevada resident is a military veteran as well as a registered nurse. Thank you for taking the time to come talk to us!

Happy Birthday Walter!!! For his birthday he wanted to go out to lunch for a burger and fries! So thank you to Theresa and the rest of the staff at All Points Grill for making this happen!

Our leadership led activity was so much fun! Chef Trisha took our residents behind the scenes of our community kitchen! Residents were shown the storage and prep areas and were given popsicles after! Thank you Trish!

Top of the morning to all from the residents at Fernley Estates! We started our St. Patrick's Day Celebration with a delicious Corned Beef and Cabbage Luncheon provided by our wonderful dining team! Thank you to Jess from Compassion Care for providing the green cocktails! And we finished up our party with the Irish songs of Mr. Jim Bueler!
