Wednesday September 4 at 4pm, San Rafael Health and Rehabilitation will be doing a Emergency drill that will involve the Emery County Sheriffs Office, Ferron City Fire Department, and Emery County EMS. This will be a drill and not an actual emergency. We respectfully ask that you stay away from the building during that time. If you have any questions please call.
