Happy Front Office Professionals Week to our incredible front office team at Lance Family Dental — Ashley, Kristin, Courtney, Kate, and Cheryl! 💙✨

We celebrated a little late this year due to scheduling and time-off conflicts, but we couldn’t let the week pass without recognizing these amazing women and everything they do for our patients and team every single day.

From answering phones and scheduling appointments to helping patients navigate treatment and insurance, they are often the first smile you see and the calming voice you hear. Their kindness, organization, patience, and ability to keep all the moving parts together do not go unnoticed.

🎉🎉🎉Happy 3 year anniversary to Amanda! 🎉🎉🎉

For the past three years, she’s helped keep our office running smoothly, our patients cared for, and thanks to her role managing OSHA, she helps keep all of us safe every single day.

This year is an especially exciting one as she gets ready to welcome a baby in July — and we couldn’t be happier for her! We’re lucky to have her as part of our team and excited for this next year for her family!

Happy Work Anniversary to Cheryl! 🎉

11 years with our office — and she still couldn’t stay away from us for long. We even pulled her out of retirement to come back part-time, which says a lot about how much we love having her around (and maybe how much she missed us too 😉).

Thank you for your years of hard work, dedication, and for continuing to be such a valued part of our team!
