Update as of 3:30 pm on Monday January 6,2025 the office will open on Tuesday January 7, 2025 @ 9am if you are scheduled before 9am we will be running at least 1hr behind, we will try and get everyone in as soon as possible. We are working to get everyone seen so patience will be needed from everyone thank you for your understanding. Stay safe and warm.

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner(NP) to Join our growing staff, In this position you will be required to provide patient care and note patients' symptoms and collaborate with our physician. When necessary, you will be asked to assist our doctor with some more advanced injuries and illnesses. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and handles stress well, good time management, and lots of compassion.

Nurse Practitioner Duties & Responsibilities:
••Consultation patients about their previous illnesses and health history.
••See patients and collaborate care with physician.
••Being able to review test results, read patients charts and diagnose problems.
••Advise patients on treatments and future appointments.
••Refer patients to the right doctors and treatments.
••Provide care for in-need patients with good time management.
••Keep patient records up to date.

The Office WILL BE CLOSED MONDAY JANUARY 22ND, Due to the Inclement Weather / Icey Conditions that is suppose to hit. PLEASE NOTE that patients will be called, So if you see a Private or Unknown number this evening PLEASE answer. We will do it best to accommodate patients, But we can't Control Mother Nature and risk Not ONLY PATIENT BUT THE STAFF AS WELL.. I will be checking voice-mails throughout the day and will return calls as I can. PLEASE EVERYONE STAY SAFE. We plan to Reopen on Tuesday January 23rd. @ 8am.

Morning Everyone:

Just a couple things we are having issues with again:
PLEASE REMEMBER, DO NOT MESSAGE ON FACEBOOK MESSENGER, to talk about APPTS, MEDICATION CHANGES, INJECTIONS, ETC. Honestly we don't use Messsger for anything...Also, Patients Need TO HAVE RESPECT for the Office Staff...It WILL NOT be TOLERATED, We are working hard to keep the office running smooth, but being disrespectful is NOT OK! Yes, you may have a longer wait time sometimes,we try to give each one the same care, Also WE COLLECT INSURANCE CARDS at EVERY VISIT,(Unless You are for INJECTION ONLY) we have been doing this for almost a year, So Please Do NOT give the front desk issues when asked for them, Patient accounts need to be takin care of. Statements for PAST DUE BALANCES are being sent out. ALSO Deductibles are going to be coming up again and balances Need to be PAID, If you have questions about it you may call the office at any time between 9-1:30pm.

We all thank you for your cooperation in helping us keeping the office running smoothly.
