If you would like to assist in making the holidays special for our residents, stop by our main lobby and check out our “Adopt-A-Resident” tree!

To participate, please select a gingerbread man to choose a resident. Their wish list will be on the back of the gingerbread man. Please bring in your gift for your selected resident by December 8th and turn into the receptionist. Please keep the wishlist attached to the gift.

We appreciate everyone’s support and willingness to be there for our residents. We are so excited to spread cheer and spend the holidays with our residents!

Thanks to the hard work, heart, and dedication of our incredible Crystal Oaks team, we are officially a FOUR-STAR facility again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

To every staff member: from nursing to dietary, housekeeping, activities, therapy, and beyond.. you are the reason we continue to grow, improve, and shine. Your commitment to quality care and teamwork is unmatched, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

We’re not stopping here… that 5th star is in our sights, and together we’re going to get it!
