We are excited to officially introduce Paul as our Assisted Living Manager at Crystal Oaks!
Paul brings compassion, leadership, and a true dedication to providing quality care and support to our residents and families. We are grateful to have someone who is so committed to creating a welcoming, safe, and positive environment for everyone who calls our community home.

A message from Paul:
Hello everyone! I am incredibly honored and excited to introduce myself as the
new manager of the Assisted Living Facility.
I come here with a deep passion for healthcare, a desire to serve, and a
commitment to excellence. I was most recently a Staff Nurse in
the Intensive Care Unit at Mercy Jefferson. My top priority has always been
ensuring the highest possible standard of care, safety, and comfort for my patients.
I am thrilled to bring that same level of dedication here to you all.
Before my career in nursing I had the privilege of serving our country in the United
States Marine Corps, where I completed two deployments to Afghanistan. My time
in the military instilled in me the core values of teamwork, resilience, and service
to others. I strive to bring those principles to work with me every single day. They
are the foundation of my commitment to supporting both the residents and staff.
Personally I am a proud husband and father of four amazing children. Family
means everything to me, and my goal is to ensure that this facility always feels like
home for everyone who lives and works here.
