PILOT Wall Yoga Series: This is a FREE 4-week series available to (5) current members only*. Sign up is “first come, first serve”. However, one of the main requirements for attendance is you MUST be available for all four sessions. Students will be asked to participate in an evaluation to help prepare for the Basic series. Please go to Punchpass on June 25th for open enrollment.

We are excited to announce that we will be rolling out several Great Yoga Wall programs this summer. What is the Great Yoga Wall? It is a modular system with adjustable straps, harnesses, and support bars. Many of you may remember that Janine Rees was trained directly by the late Bryan Legere, the co-developer of the Great Yoga Wall program. He helped Janine install the walls at 448 Santa Clara with her brother. However, no formal classes have been taught over the years until now. We are so fortunate to have several instructors trained by Bryan’s original apprentice, Tami Robinson.
Benefits of Wall Yoga: The Great Yoga Wall offers various benefits, including increased flexibility and mobility, improved alignment, and building strength in both large and small muscle groups. It also aides in the ability to access various muscle groups in poses that some students are not yet able to achieve on their mat.
