1️⃣ Check Your Posture – Keep screens at eye level and avoid looking down for long periods.
2️⃣ Stretch It Out – Gentle neck stretches can relieve tension and improve mobility.
3️⃣ Move Often – Take breaks throughout the day to move your neck and shoulders.

Spring is here and that means it's time to get back in the garden! Before you dive into digging and planting, here are 3 physical therapy-approved tips to keep your body feeling great:

🍅Warm Up First – A quick walk and a few stretches go a long way in prepping your muscles.
🍅Use Proper Body Mechanics – Bend with your knees, not your back, and switch positions often to avoid strain.
🍅Take Breaks & Stay Hydrated – Gardening is a workout! Rest often and drink plenty of water.

Pregnancy brings a lot of changes—some exciting, some... not so comfortable. Due to shifting body proportions and hormone levels, many women experience pain in the low back, SI joint, p***c symphysis, or abdominal wall during pregnancy and postpartum.
