We are a small community-based outpatient physical therapy clinic located in Fillmore, NY, currently looking for a full-time physical therapist to join our team.
At Fillmore Physical Therapy, we work with all age groups and seek to help individuals regain functional skills, relieve or reduce pain, gain muscle flexibility and strength, improve balance and mobility, facilitate return to activities valued by the individual, and learn through therapist instruction. We are sad to announce that two of our employees are stepping away from their roles at Fillmore Physical Therapy.

Hannah Muise, DPT is moving to Canada to be close to her husband’s family. Hannah has been a great gift to us all, and an integral part of our therapist staff for two years, providing professional, compassionate therapy to our patients. Thank you, Hannah, for the many ways you have fostered quality care and growth at Fillmore Physical Therapy!

Heavenly Wilcox will be stepping into a full-time position locally. While working here, Heavenly has been a huge blessing in her per diem receptionist role. Thank you, Heavenly, for your energetic, friendly presence at our front desk for nearly two years.

We will miss you both, and wish you the best as you move on!
