REOPENING IN A NEW LOCATION in Fincastle, Virginia

I have been practicing massage in Botetourt County since 1998, longer than any other therapist here. I was closed for 14 months during the pandemic and now, with added precautions and sanitation am back in practice. I specialize in several styles of massage included but not limited to deep tissue and myofascial release, healthy breast and mastectomy massage, Medicupping, heated stones, craniosacral, and Reiki. I also love to assist those with neck and back pain, fibromyalgia, arthritis, headache issues, as well as various life stressors. Currently, services beyond massage include private one-on-one yoga instruction, as well as yoga for osteoporosis and scoliosis. Set aside an hour or so to turn off your cell phone and do something good for yourself by having a massage session or yoga lesson, all tailored to your personal need. . Learn ways to to manage your stress before it lowers your immunity, thus increasing your risk of illness and disease. Your life is busy and demanding -- take time to do something good for yourself.
