Nicole is the kind of person who turns her story into someone else’s hope. As a Behavioral Health Technician at Findlay Recovery Center, she shows up every day with compassion, patience, and a deep understanding that only comes from walking the path of recovery herself.

She meets clients where they are, on the hard days, the uncertain days, and the days when giving up feels easier than pushing forward. Nicole reminds them, through her actions and her presence, that change is possible and that healing doesn’t have to happen alone.

Her strength isn’t just in where she’s been, but in how she uses it to lift others up. That’s what makes her such a meaningful part of our team and our recovery community.

Siblings are often our first best friends, our lifelong protectors, and sometimes the ones who see our struggles before anyone else does.

When it comes to addiction and mental health, siblings can carry a lot—worry, confusion, hurt, and even hope. They may not always know what to say or how to help, but their love is powerful.

To the siblings who have stood by through the hard days, answered late-night calls, or never gave up, you matter too. Your support can make a difference, and your healing is just as important.

And to those in recovery, rebuilding those sibling relationships can be one of the most meaningful parts of the journey. Healing doesn’t just happen within a person; it happens within families.

From bringing in eggs to color to organizing flower potting activities, Tevin creates opportunities for creativity, relaxation, and meaningful connection every single day 🌸🥚

Tim works behind the scenes every single day to make sure our facility is safe, clean, and comfortable for everyone who walks through our doors. Whether it’s fixing something quickly, keeping the environment welcoming, or simply sharing a smile in the hallway, he plays a huge part in creating a space where healing can truly happen.
