When asked what she loves most about her job, Maggie shared:
“The clients I work with every day, the families I support, and the team I work with at the Defiance clinic.” ✨

A few fun facts about Maggie:
👶 She is expecting her first baby this August!
🐾 She hopes to open her own animal sanctuary someday.

Meet Hope! 🤍

Hope has been part of the MonArk team for 13 months as an RBT at our Defiance clinic! She is from Defiance, Ohio and enjoys cooking, baking, beauty & makeup application, and shopping in her free time. One fun fact about Hope is that she comes from a very big family with around 95 cousins!

Some of Hope’s favorites include the color pink, otters 🦦, the show The Pitt, and traveling to South Padre Island, Texas. Her go-to drink is an iced banana bread blondie with caramel drizzle & cold foam from 7 Brew! ☕️

What Hope loves most about MonArk is being part of a supportive and dedicated team that is passionate about making a difference. She loves spending time with clients, supporting their growth, and witnessing the meaningful progress they make every day. Hope shared that working at MonArk has helped shape her both professionally and personally by teaching her compassion, patience, and the importance of growth through every experience. 🦋

Meet Mandy👋 Our Director of Therapy!

Mandy has been part of the MonArk family for 2 years! She loves working with children as they learn to find their voice and enjoys celebrating the progress our clients make along the way.

She is originally from Westerville, Ohio and loves spending time with her husband, 3 kids, and their 2 dogs + cat 🐾 She also enjoys reading and going on walks!

A few fun facts about Mandy:
⭐️ She ran a full marathon and 6 half marathons
⭐️ She has choreographed 2 musicals
⭐️ Her favorite things include diet coke, movie popcorn, giraffes, and vacations in Key West

One of Mandy’s favorite parts about MonArk is the collaboration between disciplines and families that helps every child thrive. We are so thankful for her kindness and dedication to our team and clients! 💙
