What is “hot yoga,” really?
Spoiler: it’s not a cardio rave. At Hot Yoga Findlay, “hot” = gentle infrared warmth that never goes above 90°F. The heat is there to help you breathe into sensation, soften tight tissue, and calm the nervous system!

In other words: it’s everything you love about a yoga class- mindful movement, breathwork, and a delicious rest at the end - just warmly heated. Beginner-friendly, joint-smart, and perfect whether you’re new or a seasoned yogi.
