Stress gets a bad rap as always being negative, but certain types of stress are actually necessary for building a strong, resilient nervous system! 🧠 But chronic stress? That's what's behind the anxiety, meltdowns, and focus challenges so many kids and parents alike face today.
Bad stress can look like:

☹️ Academic pressure beyond developmental readiness
☹️ Overscheduling without adequate downtime
☹️ Sensory overload from excessive screen time or noisy environments
☹️ Unaddressed health challenges like food sensitivities or sleep conditions

Good stress can look like:

😊 Navigating social challenges
😊 Engaging in moderate physical exertion
