The “Bill Derck Annual Golf Scramble” benefitting the Hancock County Parkinson’s Network is on June 12th at Fostoria Country Club. It always is such a good time and helps those in need. Eden Health and Infusion is established in 2025. It’s prime sports physical season and it’s hot hot hot while these kids are getting back to outside sports. Remember IV therapy before those hot games. Eden Heath is still taking medical appointments for urgent needs or medial questions.

May 29th is our very last day for Findlay Optimal Health!! We are so grateful to have served the community for the last 5 years!! We’re proud of the work we’ve done and we thank you for trusting in us!

Longstanding medical patients of Ashley Donaldson-Woolum have been notified on how to stay established with her or transfer your records. For infusion therapy, we recommend Restore in Toledo, Horizon Infusion, or our sister company, Eden Health and Infusion.

The number 567-250-8381 will remain an active line.

Some exciting news!!

Services that are currently being performed by Findlay Optimal Health will soon be offered by Eden Health and Infusion. The same intravenous and medical therapies/visits will still be available! I, Ashley Donaldson-Woolum, will be practicing with Eden Health as of June 15 and if you still wish to remain a patient of mine, you may call the current office number (567-250-8381) for Findlay Optimal Health and we can assist you in record transfer. Although Findlay Optimal Health is one of a kind institution, the closest referral we can make is to Restore and Drip in the Toledo area, otherwise, Eden Health can resume desired, necessary intravenous therapy.

As far as medical visits, we can refer you to other local primary establishments if you do not wish to stay under present care, otherwise, we can transfer records to Eden Health if you wish to remain with me.
