Jacqueline Jo Neville

Jacqueline Jo Neville, otherwise known as “Wacky Jackie”, passed away January 30, 2026, at the age of 59.

She was born May 15, 1966, in Findlay, to Art and Marilyn (Beck) Cunningham.

Jackie was a one-of-a-kind daughter to Marilyn. They smashed the mold when she was born and ran it over with a bulldozer. She was a very loving person. She could be your best friend one moment and hate you the next. But she meant nothing by it. Jackie loved listening to country music and The Beatles.

Some of her closest friends are Alice Thompson, Pattie Sue Poe, Teresa Price, Mindy Pina, Dave Nelson, Courtney Miller, and Brandy VanZant.

Those left behind to cherish Jackie’s memory is her mother, Marilyn; her husband, Randall; daughter, Randy Jo Smith (significant other, Amanda); her son, Holden (Kimberly) Smith; and Jesica Rivera who they called their “adopted” daughter. She was blessed with grandchildren, Tyson Hamlin, Braiden Wittenmyer, Alexandria Smith, Jesica Triston, Isabella, baby Holden, and Zeppelin. Mother-in-law Georgetta Neville also survives.

Jackie had many stepsisters and stepbrothers.

She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Kenneth Neville,

Jackie will be laid to rest in Maple Grove Cemetery. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay, (419-422-1500), has been entrusted with arrangements.

William "Bill" Patterson

William R. Patterson, 55, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at his home in Findlay. Bill ventured from this world surrounded by the love of his loyal companions, his dogs Hope and Dakota, and under the care of Bridge Hospice.

Bill was born on February 25, 1970 and grew up in Bloomdale. He graduated from Elmwood High School in 1988.

Bill and his wife Lisa Workley met at Fox Run Manor and as their friendship led to dating, their love was adored by the residents. The residents set the whimsical date of February 14, 2014, and started planning the wedding, from the food to the cake to the homemade decorations. They were married on February 14, 2014, at the facility because the residents and the co-workers were like family members.

Those left behind to cherish Bill’s memory are his wife, Lisa; his children, Chandler (Morgan Cleek) Workley and Madelynn Workley; his pups, Hope and Dakota; his mother and father-in-law, Marcia and Harvey Morelock; sister and brother-in-law, Jennifer and Pete A. Lopez; and brother and sister-in-law, Brent Bender and Deb Stafford.

Those ready to greet him in heaven were his mother, Mona Lou Gorrell; and stillborn son, William Christopher Patterson.

For the past seven years, Bill dedicated himself to his role as Head Engineer at Country Inn and Suites in Findlay. Thank you to Jonathan Hernandez for being his right-hand man, assistant, and best friend at the hotel.

Bill loved his Lord and Savior; his loving, but bossy wife Lisa; his dogs, Hope and Dakota; his country; his family; and the Michigan Wolverines. He was a man who reveled in the simple pleasures of life – riding his Harley Davidson along backcountry roads on the weekends. Bill and Lisa would take a trip to a new town, grab lunch and check out the scenery.

A talented cook, Bill brought flavor and creativity to the kitchen; however, Lisa was not so good so on her nights to cook, they ordered take-out. He was known for his love for grilling and enjoyed weekends filled with hunting, fishing, and warm nights gathered around a backyard campfire, enjoying the serenity that nature provided.

The string lights on their privacy fence had inexplicably gone dark in the two months prior to his passing, but they now glow brightly each night, perhaps a sign from an angel above, keeping his spirit alive.

Bill always tried to have the last word, but Lisa never let him so… “I Love You More. The End. I Win.” ~Lisa

In lieu of flowers, you can contribute for the unexpected bills to the GoFundMe page in Madelynn Workley’s name or directly to Madelynn’s Venmo account – madelynnsworkley.

The family would like to thank the Bridge Hospice Team, Hufford Family Funeral Home, and Hart Medical for the care they provided Bill and his family.

HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay, (419-422-1500), is honored to serve Bill’s family.

James "Jimmy" Adams

James “Jimmy” Adams, 68, of Findlay, passed away peacefully Thursday, January 29, 2026, at Bridge Hospice Care Center.

He was born in Wheeling, West Virginia on June 26, 1957. He relocated to Findlay, Ohio at 6 months with parents, John and Dorothy (Hampel) Adams.

Jimmy attended Findlay High School in the mid-70’s, where he formed some of his closest life-long friendships. Even through the many years of travels, Jimmy would find himself back home in Ohio – back among the people with whom he began his life’s journey.

Jimmy enjoyed living and working in places like Ogden, Utah, and Nederland, Colorado where he most often worked independently, considering himself a jack of all trades. Over the years, he would enjoy 22 years of driving truck, traveling all parts of the United States.

Jimmy eventually returned to his original stomping grounds where he owned and operated Eagle Creek Fi****ms and Range (Arlington) working as a SWAT instructor. He relocated to Ellijay, Georgia in 1992, where he worked as a Yanmar tractor dealer and small engine repairman. It was there he created a unique personal environment living off the grid, building his very own cabin and home furnishings.

Once again, life brought Jimmy back to Findlay where he took up wielding and fabrication until he took over Jack’s Lawnmower Repair Service until 2023. He became an ordained minister in 2022, which granted him the honor of officiating various friends’ memorial services.

Jimmy’s first love was his Harley Davidson, which he enjoyed for many years, traversing many backroads and highways in many states across the country. He was staunch Republican who loved his country and the freedoms it had to offer.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his brother, Dave (Otter) and their parents, John and Dorothy. Surviving is his son, Jesse J. Adams of Georgia.

The memories are too many (and perhaps too precarious) to list here. However, many friends will experience those moments that bring a quick moment of laughter thinking back on those days and times we all shared together.

A Celebration of Jimmy’s life will be from 2 – 6 p.m. Sunday, February 15, 2026, at Lucky’s Tavern and Grill, 221 Crystal Ave, Findlay. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay, (419-422-1500) is honored to serve Jimmy’s family.

“Two trains, life and death. Two trains, two tracks.

No one journey is the same, no matter how we all may reach that same final destination.”
