SWEDISH MASSAGE-- combination of long strokes, kneading and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of the muscles. DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE- uses pressure deep enough to loosen, soften and lengthen tight muscles; decrease adhesions that limit movement and cause pain; and increase blood flow to promote healing. Pressure is adjusted for different parts of
the body, and for
individual clients. AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE- incorporation of therapeutic grade essential oils into any basic massage therapy session. Essential oils are used to promote health and healing, as well as provide pleasing aromatics. PREGNANCY MASSAGE- great for expectant mothers because it reduces less, decreases swelling in the arms and legs, and relieve aches and pains in muscles and joints. But only provided in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. As every pregnancy is different, please be sure to ask your physician before scheduling this treatment. CHAIR MASSAGE- is a great way to reduce tension that can develop in workplace situations.
