Blanchard Valley Medical Associates was founded in 1974 by Dr. William Kose. As our community has grown, our practice has grown from one physician to a full-service multi-specialty medical facility. Today, Blanchard Valley Medical Associates has 15 physicians in 6 specialties. Additional providers include physician assistants, nurse practitioners, dietitian/diabetic educators, and clinical pharmacists in accomplishing our goal of providing the best possible care to our patients. BVMA employs approximately 120 support staff serving our patients in a team concept; pulling together all of our departments to always make the patient our priority.
