Add to your in-sauna water bucket for an herbal steam in the hot room when tossing water on the rocks; or take one home with you, add to a large bowl, cover with boiling water, lean over, and simply breathe in the aromatics. From the Interbeing Archive: Interactive Soundbath by Michaelton at Interbeing 10! Retreat Co-host Michael Johnson wove together an ever evolving tapestry of ambient soundscapes coupled with inspiring impromptu sampled vocal bits from all attendees. Being a part of and witness to this unfolding co-created soundtrack was so unique and special; the way each step of the journey built upon and was strengthened by the previous aspects really gave the entire weekend a palpable coherency and narrative thread that was super well suited to supporting both our individual development and collective power. Truly memorable; if we close our eyes and remember we can still clearly hear the echoes flitting amongst the trees and trails as we wander here!

You’re invited ~ Free sauna session & hearty meal provided! Nourish 04: A Community Land-Tending Day
Sunday, October 26, 2025
12 noon – 5pm*
*Dinner and Sauna to follow
A woodland workout with friends awaits! This autumn’s projects will include firewood splitting, stacking, and storing; gathering kindling on “stick walks”; creating wildlife habitat piles from deadfall; trail and fire-pit tending; and other projects that make themselves apparent. If you have loppers, chainsaws, reciprocating saws, axes, or other tools you think would be helpful, bring them along! We will have some tools to share use of, as well as some work gloves and goggles – if you have your own, even better! We recommend sturdy, close-toed shoes or boots, and sturdy work clothes that could get snagged on brambles and still protect you from scratches.
Nourish events are always free, and are followed by hot dinner and a sauna session (with adjacent bonfire for those choosing to not partake in the thermic cycle). Registration required for all participants (SilvaeSpiritus.com to register). Donations toward operating costs are gratefully accepted, but never expected… “What counts as wilderness is not determined by the

The Interbeing 09 campout co-creative retreat is coming up quick, still a few open spots; all are welcome! Feel free to message for us for more details… We contribute to these events from a philosophy of personal awakening and development within a context of “progress, not perfection” – an attempt to meet people wherever they are on their journey, and an acknowledgement that each step along that path is necessary and can be offered spaciousness.
Our events and retreats give participants an opportunity to slow down, shift from your everyday routine, and re-focus your attention toward yourself in relation to community. In contrast to the vast majority of wellness events, ours are a more interactive experience: rather than solely absorbing what we and our guest facilitators offer, participants are invited to contribute their own insights and unique gifts, thereby co-creating a more richly nuanced and memorable experience for everyone.
One of our foundational beliefs is that when we come together to immerse ourselves in shared authenticity, a deep wisdom may be accessed; one which emanates not from any particular individual, but arises from the center of the circle: the point of intersection which joins each perspective and coalesces into something greater than, and more true than, any individual would be capable of on our own. We don’t come with any answers or prescriptions for how to best navigate these complicated times, but we are honored to hold space for the conversation to unfold.…
