💚988 - Mental health, su***de, or substance use crisis. Call or text 988 for free, confidential help 24/7.

🚨911 - Life-threatening emergencies (medical, fire, police). Call 911 when immediate, physical danger is present. (If you can't call, you can text)

🏠211 - Community resources and everyday support. Call 211 for help with food, housing, utilities, or local services.

Naloxone/Narcan Nasal Spray can be used in the case of opioid overdose and can be life saving!
