This is free event & a great reason to squeeze in more time outside as Summer comes to an end! DM us with any questions. No classes will be held on Tuesday. Evening in support of this event. Remember to bring your own yoga mat✨

We are back with our friends every Sunday in September! We moved the time up to 10am to help you catch some fresh air & kick off your week with movement! Be sure to bring your own mat & head over to the pavilion facing the golf course when you arrive. This event is free for members of Commonwealth Yoga & the 1781 club. Space is limited so be sure to sign up early! ⛳️ 🧘🏻‍♀️

Commonwealth Yoga will be featured with YOGA IN THE SQAURE Next Tuesday 7/22! Class kicks off at 5:30pm & this event is free & open to the public! ⁣

We have so many fun things going on at the studio this summer!⁣

This month our summer music 🎶 series is all star artists & bands. Look for these fun filled theme classes on the schedule online or with the Kenko app!⁣

We will also be a part of Yoga in the Square in Downtown Pittsburgh on Tuesday 7/22 at 5:30pm✨⁣ will be teaching & is excited to be back in the city 🏙️

And last but not least one of our favorite guest instructors Kim will be back with her reiki + Restore workshop alongside with Deena on Saturday 7/26 from 7-9 (spaces are filling up fast for this one)⁣

This is an intense 90min heated class that explores the significance behind the 108 Sun Salutations and how they help us transition into the next cycle. ⁣
